    Trim off the top and bottom, then score the skin lengthwise 8 times, cutting through the skin and pith, but not into the flesh.

    Use your hands to remove the peel from each segment, then break the fruit in half vertically.

  • Step 3/3

    Remove any remaining pith, then break the pomelo into segments. From here, you can use the whole segments, cut them into small pieces or even separate the individual pieces of flesh. Enjoy!
