If you want it to be very spicy, cut entire chili into rings. For a milder flavor, remove the seeds and ribs with a spoon. Then finely dice the chili. Or remove the seeds and ribs with a spoon and then finely slice the chili. Enjoy the chili in curry, stir fries or salsa.
