You can actually use as many or as less nuts or dried fruit as you want, this recipe is just for giving you an idea. Invent new combinations! Chocolate & raspberry, ginger & lemon, coffe & cinnamon...whatever! Try and enjoy !"

Ingredients

2Servings
3⅓ tbsp
Oats
tsp
cinnamon
tsp
vanilla powder
tbsp
lemon juice
1⅓ tbsp
maple syrup
16⅔ g
mixed nuts

Utensils

bowl, knife

  • Step 1/2

    • 3⅓ tbsp Oats
    • tsp cinnamon
    • tsp vanilla powder
    • tbsp lemon juice
    • 1⅓ tbsp maple syrup
    • 16⅔ g mixed nuts
    • bowl
    • knife

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees while cutting the nuts. Then, toss all your ingredients (not the raisins!) together in a bowl, if necessary, add more spice or sirup.

  • Step 2/2

    • 10 g raisins

Bake your granola about ten minutes, take out, add half of the raisins and put it back into the oven. Wait until it’s brown and crispy, approximately about five to ten minutes and let it rest for four minutes. Or enjoy when it’s still warm!
