Add almonds to a food processor with rose water, bitter almond oil, and confectioner’s sugar. Blend until finely ground.

Transfer the almond mixture to a piece of plastic wrap and form into a log. Store in an airtight container in a cool place for 2 – 3 weeks and enjoy!
