Homemade lasagne with pancakes
Ingredients
Step 1/4
- 283⅓ g ground meat
- ⅓ l canned crushed tomato
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅓ tbsp smoked paprika powder
- ⅓ tbsp oregano
- ⅓ carrot
- ⅓ onion
For the meat sauce, use one onion and one carrot, dice it real nice and put it in your cooking pan. After few minutes add your ground meat and wait until meat is well done, then add all of the other ingredients and let it simmer for about 35 minutes.
Step 2/4
- 1⅓ eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g flour
- ⅛ tsp salt
While meat is cooking, we’ll prepare pancakes. Just mix all of the listed ingredients and bake them in a non sticky pan without oil.
Step 3/4
- 1⅓ tbsp butter
- ⅔ tbsp flour
- 166⅔ ml milk
For our beschamel sauce we’ll need to melt butter and then add flour. When it’s mixed all nice, slowly add milk while mixing. After few minutes, when it thickens, it’s done.
Step 4/4
- 83⅓ g Gouda cheese
- 83⅓ g cheddar cheese
After everything is done, we just need to put it all together. Layer pancakes with meat sauce, beschamel and mixture of cheeses until you use it all. Bake it on 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
