- 2 g vanilla sugar

Drain the mandarins and puree in a measuring cup with the vanilla sugar.

- 16 g natural yogurt
Stir the natural yogurt in evenly.

- 10 ml heavy cream

Beat the heavy cream until stiff and stir into the mixture evenly.
