- ½ clove garlic
- ½ chili
- 5 g parsley
- 125 g chickpeas
- 1½ tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon
- 25 ml water
- salt
- pepper
- citrus press
- blender
- cutting board
- knife
Mince garlic and chili. Chop parsley and set aside. Add chickpeas, garlic, chili, tahini, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
