- 1 tomatoes
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ chili
- ½ shallot
- ½ lemon
- food processor

Chop tomatoes and transfer to a food processor. Crush the garlic clove, slice chili pepper, trim ends, peel and roughly chop shallot, and add all to the to food processor. Halve lemon and juice into food processor.
