Homemade herb butter

- ¼ shallot
- ¼ clove garlic
- 4 g parsley
- 4 g dill
- 4 g chives

Chop shallot and thinly slice garlic. Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat and sauté shallots and garlic for approx. 2 min. In the meantime, pluck leaves from parsley and dill. Roughly chop herbs.

Add softened butter to a food processor along with chopped herbs, shallot, garlic, pepper, and salt. Process until everything is thoroughly combined and transfer to a plate. Place a piece of plastic wrap on a work surface. Spoon herb butter onto plastic wrap and tightly roll into a log. Make small cuts in plastic wrap to release any remaining air. Let set up in the fridge for approx. 30 min. before using. Enjoy with grilled meats, vegetables, or bread!
