Homemade garam masala spice mix
Based on 8 ratings
"Garam masala is one of the most commonly used spices in Indian and South Asian cuisines. We can take some information from the traditional spice blend’s name: "garam" means "hot" while "masala" is a blanket term for different spice mixtures. The composition of garam masala can vary by region and family recipes, so there is no one true garam masala recipe, but rather many different variations. Sometimes they taste sweeter, sometimes spicier. Watch our video recipe above to make our favorite version at home!"
