Homemade cranberry sauce

- 200 g dried cranberries
- 100 ml orange juice
- 20 ml triple sec or Cointreau
- 40 g sugar

Roughly chop cranberries and transfer to a pot set over medium heat. Add orange juice, triple sec or Cointreau, and sugar. Stir to combine.

- ½ orange (zest)
- salt
- pepper
- fine grater
Add orange zest and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for approx. 10 min. or until sauce is thickened. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Serve with any roasted meat, and enjoy!
