Hollandaise Souce

Step 1/5
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- bowl
- whisk
Add the egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk under it doubles in volume
Step 2/5

Place bowl on a pot of simmering water (making sure the bottom does not contact the water)
Step 3/5
Slowly add the butter while whisking. Continue until the volume doubles
Step 4/5
Remove from heat, add the chili powder and salt and whisk to blend
Step 5/5
Transfer to another bowl (so that the egg does not continue to cook)
