Ingredients

ricotta and spinach tortellini
100 g
frozen peas
500 ml
vegetable broth½

carrots½ tbsp

saucepan, knife
Step 1/6
- ½ tbsp oil
- saucepan
Preheat oil in a deep pan
Step 2/6
- ½ onion
- 1 carrots
- knife
Dice onion and carrots, then add to pan and fry for 5 minutes
Step 3/6
- ½ canned diced tomato
- 500 ml vegetable broth
Add the stock and tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes
Step 4/6
- 100 g frozen peas
Add frozen peas and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 5/6
- 125 g ricotta and spinach tortellini
Add tortellini and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 6/6
Serve
