Hearts of palm - can

chopped tomatoes

chopped red onion
2 tbsp
chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
4 tbsp
lime juice
2 tbsp
dried seaweed sheets (shredded, for garnish)
cayenne pepper (for sprinkling)

salt

Step 1/3
- 1 Hearts of palm - can
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- ½ chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- cayenne pepper (for sprinkling)
- 1 tsp salt

Mix all the ingredients of the ceviche in a bowl until well combined.

Marinate in the fridge covered for at least 1 hour
Step 3/3
- 2 tbsp dried seaweed sheets (shredded, for garnish)
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 1 to 2 days.
