Healthy vegan ragù

- 220 g cherry tomatoes
- ½ red onion

Cut in small pieces the tomatoes and a part of the onion
Step 2/7
- 10 g basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- immersion blender
Add the oil in a pan,then add tomatoes,onion,oregano and 5g of basil. Let it cook for 10 minutes and then blend them together
Step 3/7
- 1 carrot
Cut in small pieces the carrot and the onion. Warm a pan and add olive oil then add the ingredients
Step 4/7
- ½ tofu
Add the tofu crumbled by hand
Step 5/7
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Add the soy sauce and let it cook for about 30/40 minutes
Step 6/7
- 90 g maccheroni
- salt
Instead prepare the pasta and drain it
Step 7/7
Passed 30/40 minutes mix all the ingredients together and that’s it!
