"I was feeling a bit hungry but not for lunch or dinner. Just a quick healthy snack. I bought tapenade two weeks ago and finished the entire jar. So I decided to make my own and know exactly what all my ingredients contain. This snack will hold you over until it’s time to eat a full meal."

⅓ oz
Smoked trout
⅓ oz
canned sliced black olives
⅔ tbsp
Capers
⅔ clove
garlic3⅓ leaves
Basil
⅔ tbsp
lemon1⅓ tbsp
olive oil⅔ package
cracker

bowl (small)
Step 1/3
- ⅓ oz Smoked trout
- ⅓ oz canned sliced black olives
- ⅔ clove garlic
- 3⅓ leaves Basil
- bowl (small)
Chop olives, garlic, smoked trout, basil and mix.
Step 2/3
- ⅔ tbsp Capers
- ⅔ tbsp lemon
- 1⅓ tbsp olive oil
Put in capers, lemon juice & olive oil.
Step 3/3
Mix all ingredients and add salt & pepper if you like. Spread on crackers and serve.
