Healthy shrimp and avocado wrap
Ingredients

Step 1/4
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1½ tbsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
Wash and dry the peeled shrimp then coat with seasoning and crushed cloves of garlic
Step 2/4
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- frying pan
- rubber spatula
Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry in high heat until the color of the shrimp changes to a bright pinkish-orange.
Step 3/4
- 4 flour tortillas
Toast the flour tortillas using a pan or oven until slightly golden.
Step 4/4
- 1 avocado
- ½ cucumber
- ¼ red pointed pepper
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- ¼ cup Green tomatoes
- 1 sprig cilantro
Wash and chop cucumber, tomatoes cilantro avocado and thinly slice red pepper. Place ingredients onto the tortilla and spoon chunks of feta to finish.
