Healthy Lasagne
Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 10 g chorizo
- 125 g champignon
- 1 clove pepper
- 1 green zucchini
finely chop the onion and chorizo, grate the zucchini into thin slices. then cut the bell pepper into small pieces

- 250 g Minced beef
fry the chorizo with the onion. then add the minced meat

- 100 g spinach
then add the mushroom, bell pepper and spinach to the pan and fry this briefly

- 400 g tomato sauce
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp dried Italian herb
add the tomato sauce and the herbs and fry for a while

- 3 bell pepper wraps
In an oven dish, first place the vegetables with the minced meat. put the thinly sliced zucchini and 1.5 slices of bell pepper wraps on top, repeat this process until all ingredients are used up

top with some cheese if desired. put this in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and enjoy
