Ground beef egg noodles

Step 1/6
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cloves garlic
- 25 g chilis

Heat up a wok with the olive oil and sesame oil. When the wok is hot enough, throw in the garlic and chili

Put 1L of water to boil in a pan
Step 3/6
- ½ kg ground beef
- ½ bok choy
Brown the ground beef in the wok and then throw in the bok choi and let that cook
Step 4/6
- 250 g egg noodles
With the water boiled, remove the pan from the heat and add the egg noodles. Cover the pan and let cook from 5 minutes
Step 5/6
- ½ dash cherry tomato
- ½ dash soy sauce
In the wok, add the cherry tomatoes and a dash of soy sauce. Mix everything and let cook for 5 minutes
Step 6/6
- 1½ tbsp sweet chili sauce
When they noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the wok. Mix everything well and add the sweet chili sauce. It’s ready to serve 😊
