Grilled salmon salad
Ingredients
Step 1/3
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
On salmon fillets put salt and pepper to taste and squeeze some lemon juice on top. Leave it for 10 min.
Step 2/3
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- 1 canned sweet corn
- 120 g salad
- 1 tsp Dried dills
In main time prepare salads. Take 2 plates, each plate cover with fresh green salads, on top add sweet corn, after some cucumber and tomatoes. On top put some salt, pepper and dried dills.
Step 3/3
Preheat grill pan and put salmon, cook 4 min each side. When salmon ready add it on top of prepared salads. Add some mayonnaise if you need it.
