baby spinach

hemp seeds

blueberries20 g
unsweetened coconut flakes

chia seeds
Step 1/3
- 400 g Frozen mango
- 200 g avocados
- 40 g kale
- 40 g baby spinach
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
Put all ingredients in blender
Step 2/3
Add a little bit of water or plant milk and mix in a blender until smooth
Step 3/3
- 20 g blueberries
- 20 g unsweetened coconut flakes
- 10 g chia seeds
Put everything in a bowl and decorate with chia seeds, coconut flakes and fresh blueberries
