Step 1/4
- 1½ lbs jalapeños
- 3¼ cups water
- 2 cups onions
- 4 cloves garlic
Boil water with jalapeños, onions, & garlic.
Step 2/4
Once boiled and softened, save a cup of the boiled water then drain the rest.
Step 3/4
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
Put in blender, add oil until the color is nice and bright green.
Step 4/4
Add Salt & pepper as directed or to your taste. Add lemon.
Enjoy your meal!
