"This is a dish we always make as a family with things like chicken and rice. Our grandad made it once and we have loved it since. Also season to the way you like it because the ingredients don’t have to be exact! Enjoy!!"

¼ bag
carrot1¼ tbsp
ground cinnamon½ tbsp
Dijon mustard⅞ tbsp
non-fat Greek yogurt
¼ tsp
ground turmeric½ tbsp
honey¼ dash
salt
½ tbsp
coconut oil

knife, cutting board, cooking spoon, sauté pan, wooden spoon
Step 1/4
- ¼ bag carrot

Chop carrots into small circles
Step 2/4
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
- cooking spoon
- sauté pan
Add coconut oil into carrots and cook until they are starting to get soft.
Step 3/4
- 1¼ tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ⅞ tbsp non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tbsp honey
- ¼ dash salt
- wooden spoon
Once the carrots are soft turn the stove to medium, add the rest of the ingredients, and add a little bit of water.

Once the carrots are cooked to the way you like it, serve and enjoy!!
