Gadiel’s pizza

Step 1/4
- 333⅓ g flour
- 4 g fresh yeast
- ⅔ tsp sugar
- 2⅔ tbsp olive oil
- ⅞ water (warm)
- ⅔ tsp salt

Let’s start by making the dough. Put the flour, yeast and sugar in a bowl and mix well, make a hole in the middle and add the olive oil, water and salt and start mixing slow (it’s better by hand) after you got a stable dough put it all on a working surface and mix well and add flour if too sticky, at the end make a ball with the dough and place it in the bowl and pour a little bit olive oil on top, put it to rest with a towel on top for 2 hours up to one day.

- 1⅓ tomatoes
- ⅔ pinch olive oil (for sprinkling)
- 100 g tomato paste
- ⅔ tsp sugar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ⅔ pinch dried basil
- 1 pinches dried oregano

Make the sauce, chop the tomatoes to medium size cubes, put a bit olive oil in a pan and wait till hot, add the tomatoes and cook for something like 3 minutes, add the tomato paste and mix in let cook for 1 minute, add the salt sugar basil and oregano and cook for another 2 minutes. Put in a bowl and grind to a smooth sauce.

- 166⅔ g Gouda cheese (grated, for coating)
- 200 g mozzarella cheese (for coating)

Making the pizza. Make the pizza base and put it in a pre heated oven (175°c) on a pizza stone, after doing that add the sauce and cheeses (you can add toppings if you want) the pizza will need 15-20 minutes to bake or till the cheese browns a bit
