Ingredients

hard boiled egg
8⅓ g
Serrano ham

33⅓ ml
olive oil

    Stir fry flour with butter

  • Step 2/6

    • 100 ml milk
    • pinch salt

    Gradually add milk and salt, making sure it doesn't stick to bottom

  • Step 3/6

    • hard boiled egg
    • 8⅓ g Serrano ham

    Mix with grated egg white and minced ham

  • Step 4/6

    • platter

    Cool on platter, cover with film, rest in fridge overnight

    Form pieces, dip in egg, cover with bread crumbs
