- 4⅛ g butter

Stir fry flour with butter
Step 2/6
- 100 ml milk
- ⅛ pinch salt
Gradually add milk and salt, making sure it doesn't stick to bottom
Step 3/6
- ⅛ hard boiled egg
- 8⅓ g Serrano ham
Mix with grated egg white and minced ham

Cool on platter, cover with film, rest in fridge overnight
