Fresh turmeric latte

Step 1/3
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- fine grater
- knife
Peel and mince or grate the ginger and turmeric. Dried spices can also be used.
Step 2/3
- 240 ml sweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- saucepan
- whisk
Whisk together the almond milk and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Add the turmeric and ginger. Simmer over medium low heat for approx. 5 min. until warm.
Step 3/3
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- blender
Add maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and warmed almond milk to blender and blend for approx. 5 min. until frothy and combined. Enjoy!
