Fast-dissapearing, easy smoked macrel paste

Hard boil 3 eggs. It takes 7 minutes to hard boil perfect eggs from the moment the water starts boiling. Pour 700 ml of water into a pot, place the eggs in, switch on mjdium heat and wait for the water to start boiling, put the timer for 7 min.

- 110 g smoked macrel
Meanwhile separate the macrel from the skin and place in a small bowl in chunks.
Step 3/5
Peal the skin of the hard boiled eggs, cut in pieces and mix with the macrel.

- 20 g ketchup

Add 40g of ketchup, blend with a hand/stand blender for a couple of seconds until you reach a desired consistency. Do not worry if there are bigger pieces of macrel or egg left, it will all taste great anyway!

Enjoy on a sandwich, as an addition to crackers or as a dip for vegi chunks such as carrots. If it taste too good, just it all with a spoon :)
