canned pinto beans
1 cup
shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup
Fresh tomato diced
1 cup
lettuce chopped
½ cup
salsa

flour tortillas
  • Step 1/3

    Brown ground beef, drain; add beans and corn and heat

  • Step 2/3

    Heat flour tortillas in skillet

  • Step 3/3

    Layer tortilla, bean mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes on plate: top with tbsp salsa: salt to taste
