Dubai chocolate bites, 2 ways

- 1 tbsp pistachio paste
- 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Start by melting chocolate in bain marie style and fill in your forms with a thin layer of melted chocolate. Put into the freezer for approx. 10 min. to let it set. Meanwhile, crush kadayıf into a bowl and mix with pistachio cream. For the pumpkin spice version, mix with almond butter and pumpkin spice mix instead.

Take the form out and fill each section with the kadayıf mix, leaving some space on top depending on how much chocolate you want. Cover each section with chocolate and refrigerate for approx. 20 min. more. Take the form out the fridge and pop the Dubai chocolate bites out, then serve.
