"The viral Dubai chocolate is actually super easy to make and absolutely worth it. In this crispier and creamier version, you’ll have a fun sweet treat project to take on. The crispiness comes from kadayıf (kataifi), which is basically shredded filo dough! You can find it at any Turkish market, already roasted and ready to crisp up your chocolate filling. A thinner version of kadayıf is actually used in Künefe (Knafeh) as well! The absolute best thing about making your own Dubai chocolate is: The filling can be whatever you like! In this recipe, in addition to the classic pistachio version, we couldn’t resist to come up with a version that’s in season with almond butter and pumpkin spice mix. Perfect fit for any pumpkin spice cravings during fall, and all yours to enjoy."
