Fresh Alkaline Noodles

Chinese sesame paste
3 tbsp
soy sauce2 scoops
scallions2 tbsp
chili oil300 ml
chicken stock200 ml
soy milk

ground pork2
ground cloves
2 tsp
ginger (grated)1 tbsp
sweet bean sauce
2 tsp
sake
½ head
bok choy2 tsp
rice vinegar
Utensils
sauté pan
Step 1/6
- oil
- 200 g ground pork
- sauté pan
Fry Pork till juices look clear
Step 2/6
- 2 ground cloves
- 2 tsp ginger (grated)
Put ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant
Step 3/6
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet bean sauce
- 2 tsp sake
Add Bean Paste and Soy Sauce and stir. Then add Sake and reduce. Put aside
Step 4/6
- 3 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
- 2 scoops scallions
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 200 ml soy milk
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
Mix ingredients well.
Step 5/6
add soy milk and chicken stock to the sauce, while cooking the noodles
Step 6/6
add noodles and ground beef and decorate with blanched bok choy
