Step 1/4
- 21⅜ g sugar
- 8⅝ g butter
- 8⅝ ml oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
Preheat oven 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine sugar, melted butter and salt. Mix everything well. Add oil and mix until smooth for about 3 minutes.
Step 2/4
- ¼ eggs
- 18⅝ g kefir
- ⅝ tbsp lemon juice
- ⅛ lemon zest
Add one egg at a time and stir well. Then, add the yellow lemon zest, lemon juice and mix well. Add kefir and mix.
Step 3/4
- 35¾ g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp vanilla powder
Add soda and vanilla powder to flour. Pour the resulting flour in two stages into a bowl with liquid mixture, stirring for 20 seconds each time.
Step 4/4
- 21⅜ g black currants
Add 1 tbsp of flour to the blackcurrants and mix well. Then, add berries to the mixture. Pour the mixture into the moulds. Bake for 25 minutes in a heated oven at 180 degrees.
