    Cut cucumber in round slices

    • 2 red beet cooked
    • Round carving tool or spoon

    Scoop rounds of beet from the cooked beet and place on top of cucumber

    • ¼ cup feta cheese

    Cut pieces of feta and place on top

  • Step 4/4

    • 1 dash pepper
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Add the pepper and oil
