Crispy Kale and Ciabatta Salad
Step 1/5
- 125 g kale
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Lay kale on baking tray. Sprinkle basil, paprika, Salt and pepper evenly over the top and cover lightly with olive oil. Bake in oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 2/5
- ½ red onion
- ½ Knob of butter
Slice onion and sweat in a pan with butter for 5 minutes.
Step 3/5
- 25 g pine nuts
Add pine nuts to pan and toast over a medium heat for 2 minutes
Step 4/5
- Ciabatta Loaf Cubed
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Add ciabatta to the pan with olive oil and toast for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5/5
- ¼ pomegranate
Add kale and bread mix to a bowl and sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top.
