Creme Caramel(using steamer)

Step 1/4
- 2 Eggs
- 120 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 141⅝ ml evaporated milk
- ⅜ tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ tbsp sugar
In a large bowl, beat 5 whole eggs, vanilla extract, condense milk,evaporated milk and sugar. Beat until combined.

- 1¼ tbsp Sugar ( for caramel)
- ¼ Cup Water (for caramel)

In a small pot, caramelized 3 tablespoon of sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
Step 3/4
Pour the caramelized sugar on a desire container( with small or big depending on your portion size). Then pour the egg mixture on the top and cover with aluminum foil.
Step 4/4
Steam for 45 to 60 mins on medium high.
