Step 1/4
- ¼ onion
- ½ potato
- ½ carrot
- 150 g broccoli
Peel and chop potato, carrot and onion, cut broccoli into smaller pieces.
Step 2/4
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ l beef stock
Roast the vegetables on olive oil for 2 minutes on medium heat then add the beef stock and let it cook till soft.
Step 3/4
- 50 ml double cream
Blend the soup with stick blender until it's creamy, then add cream and blend again.
Step 4/4
- salt
- pepper
Add pepper and salt if needed.
