creamy roasted garlic dip

- 1 bulbs garlic
- ½ tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit. Cut 1/2 in top off garlic, leaving cloves intact. Place garlic bulbs on a 6- to 8-inch piece of double-thickness foil on baking sheet. Drizzle bulbs with oil. Bring foil up around bulbs and fold edges to seal. Roast ~30 minutes or until garlic feels soft when squeezed. Cool. Remove from foil. Chop and/or mash garlic.

- 2 oz full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp dill
- salt
- pepper
- bowl
Stir all ingredients together. Serve with fresh veggies.
