Creamy kohlrabi, orange, and radicchio salad

Step 1/4
- 1 kohlrabi
- ½ head radicchio
- 2 oranges

Peel kohlrabi, slice into bite-sized pieces, and add to a bowl. Core radicchio, tear into large pieces or slice, and add to a separate bowl. First zest oranges in a bowl, then peel and segment them over the same bowl. Add orange segments to to the bowl with radicchio, and juice the rest of the oranges in the bowl with the zest and juice.

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1½ tbsp honey

Add apple cider vinegar with some olive oil into the bowl with orange juice and zest. Add honey, whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
Step 3/4
- 60 g crème fraîche
- salt
Toss kohlrabi pieces with half of the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt. Toss radicchio and orange segments with prepared orange vinaigrette.
Step 4/4
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp poppy seed (for sprinkling)

Spread the remaining crème fraîche on a platter, then top with radicchio and orange mixture. Add the kohlrabi and sprinkle poppy seeds all over the top. Enjoy!
