Crab Dip
Ingredients
Step 1/7
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2/7
Chop celery into finger length pieces. Set aside.
Step 3/7
Slice baguette into medallion sized pieces. (Toast if desired) set aside.
Step 4/7
- ½ shallot
Dice the shallot into very small pieces
Step 5/7
- 113½ g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 16 g shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika powder
- 60 g Crab meat (canned)
Mix all ingredients together. In an oven proof dish, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crabmeat, shallot and paprika until well blended.
Step 6/7
Place in oven at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Step 7/7
Switch oven to broil for a few minutes until lightly browned on top.
