Classic dumplings

Step 1/11
- 15⅝ g flour
- ⅛ pinch salt
- 9⅜ ml water
- chopsticks
For the dough you will need to mix the following ingredients with your chopsticks/your hands for 8/10 minutes

Then let the dough rest for 15 minutes
Step 3/11
After 15 mins knead the dough till it feels smooth and let it rest for another hour.

- 15⅝ g ground beef
- chives
- ⅛ pinch Ginger
- ⅛ pinch white pepper
- ⅛ ml Hot sesame oil
- Spoon
For the fiiling you will need to combine the following ingredients in a separate bowl

After resting the dough divide the dough into pieces weighing about 2gms per piece

Flaten the pieces into thin circles
Step 7/11
Fill the tip of your spoon with the filling you made and put it in the middle of the dough disc then fold the dough into the shape of a dumpling do this for every disc you have.

Dust your dumplings with flour so they don’t stick together
Step 9/11
Bring water to a boil and put you dumplings in the water and put the lid on and wait for 15 mins
Step 10/11
Turn the fire off and take your dumplings out of the water
Step 11/11
And there you have it homemade dumplings
