rolled oats2 tbsp
chia seeds
1 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder½ tsp
ground cinnamon250 ml
milkBanana

Step 1/6
- 100 g rolled oats
Prepare jar or bowl and add oats.
Step 2/6
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Add chia seed.
Step 3/6
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Add cocoa powder.
Step 4/6
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Add ground cinnamon or you can skip it.
Step 5/6
- 250 ml milk
Pour milk until all ingredients covered and mix well.

- Cereal
- chia seed
Sit in the refrigerator for minimum 3 hours and best consumed within 2 days. You can add any toppings that you like , be creative and enjoy!
