Chocolat Chaud

- 500 ml whole milk
- 112½ g milk chocolate
- 40 g dark chocolate

Add the milk and chocolate to a saucepan and place over medium heat and stir to combine.
Step 2/6
- 250 ml double cream
Bring the milk to a simmer and add the double cream and keep stirring to combine all the ingredients together.
Step 3/6
Keep stirring until the mixture is smooth and thickened. *If the mixture is too thick add another ¼ cup of milk or if the mixture is too thin keep simmering for a few minutes longer till the mixture becomes thickened.

When the milk mixture has thickened-remove from the heat and allow the milk to cool for about 5-10 minutes.

If you wish, pour the mixture onto a pyrex jug- making it easier to pour the hot chocolate into the mugs.

Pour the milk into the cups or mugs -add the marshmallows and sprinkle the Ralahami Cinnamon and cocoa powder
