Ingredients

350 g
chicken thighs
tbsp
oil
garlic cloves
15 g
ginger
½ tbsp
curry powder
Salt
200 ml
Tomato soup
50 ml
water
  • Step 1/3

    • tbsp oil
    • garlic cloves
    • 1 onions
    • 15 g ginger
    • ½ tbsp garam masala
    • ½ tbsp curry powder
    • Salt

    Sweat off the ingredients for 5-10 minutes

  • Step 2/3

    • 350 g chicken thighs
    • ½ tbsp tomato purée (passata)

    Once everything’s been sweated off and the spices have cooked off. Add the tomato paste and chicken. Continue to cook until chicken has gained some nice colour.

  • Step 3/3

    • 200 ml Tomato soup
    • 50 ml water

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on a low heat for 20-25 minutes
