oyster sauce

button mushrooms

chili flakes3 stalks

soy sauce200 g
fried eggs
1 tbsp
sugar
200 ml
water
Utensils
bowl, baking pan, cutting board, knife, cooking spoon

Soak glass noodles in water for 10 min.

- 200 g fried eggs
- baking pan
Fry the eggs in a pan
Step 3/5
- 200 g carrots
- 4 sprigs broccoli
- 10 slices onion rings
- 50 g button mushrooms
- 3 stalks celery
- cutting board
- knife
Chop the vegetables

- 300 g glass noodles
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
Heat oil in the frying pan, and stir fry noodles and vegetables with soy and oyster sauce

- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml water
- cooking spoon
Add some water while simmering, and add chilli and sugar to taste
