Chicken fruit salad
Step 1/3
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
Take the chicken breast and put the garlic powder, and smoked paprika with pinch of salt and pepper and let in rest for about half an hour
Step 2/3
- ½ mango
- ½ avocado
- 1 Green apple
- 200 g lettuce
- 4 figs
- 1 tbsp Parsley
Wash all the fruit and vegetables and you can whatever you have, you can use strawberry, blueberry, carrot, mint any thing you like. Then cut them
Step 3/3
On a hot pan put the chicken breast you can and rosemary or lemon juice and it take 6-8 min for each side on high temperature
