Chicken Fajita Pasta

Step 1/4
- 250 g Penne
- Pot
In a pot, bring water to boil. Add 1 tsp of olive oil and salt to taste. Add uncooked Pasta. Let it cook for 10mins
Step 2/4
- 150 g Boneless Chicken Breast, Cubed
- 1½ tbsp Olive Oil
Marinate Chicken in Salt & Pepper. Add it to a heated pan with olive oil. Sauté it continuously until the chicken cooks and remove it from the pan.
Step 3/4
- ½ bulb Onion, Chopped
- 1½ cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 75 g Bell pepper, Sliced
- 100 g Mushrooms, Sliced
- ¾ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Pepper
- Salt, to taste
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
Add butter into the pan with the leftover oil from the chicken. Add garlic and onion and sauté until brown. Then, add the bell peppers. Sauté for 1 minute. Then, add the mushrooms. After that, add all the powders (Cumin, Garlic, Cayenne,Paprika) and sauté.
Step 4/4
- ½ tsp Tomato Paste
- ½ tsp Dried Thyme
- 150 ml Milk
- 50 g Pasta Cheese (Emborg)
Add chicken to the pan and sauté. Add in the tomato paste and stir in the milk. Bring it to a boil and add the cooked pasta in. Stir everything and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Lastly, add the pasta cheese and thyme and mix throughly.
