- ¾ tbsp parsley
- ⅛ tsp spicy mustard
- 25 g mayonnaise
- 31¼ g sour cream
- 31¼ ml buttermilk

Peel and mince garlic. Add garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley or other mixed fresh herbs, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk to a small bowl.
