Ingredients

7⅛ g
Dark chocolate
23¾ g
caster sugar
10⅞ g
Plain flour
16⅔ g
butter

Large eggs
  • Step 1/8

    Preheat oven to 180

  • Step 2/8

    Melt the chocolate and butter until smooth

  • Step 3/8

    Add the sugar once it is all melted

  • Step 4/8

    Add the eggs gradually

  • Step 5/8

    Sift in the flour

  • Step 6/8

    Add the chocolate chips once it has cooled down a bit so the don’t all melt

  • Step 7/8

    Put grease proof paper in a baking tin and add the mixture

  • Step 8/8

    Then put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, leave in tin to cool then put on a cooling rack
