Broccoli Beef

- 600 g broccoli
- 75 ml water
1. Add 100ml of water and 300g of chopped broccoli to a wok. 2. Fry the broccoli on a high heat until the water is completely boiled off and then place the broccoli to the side.

- 300 g flank steaks
3. Add a dash of oil and 150g of thinly sliced steak to the wok and fry on high heat until the beef is mostly browned.
Step 4/5
- 2½ g arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ tsp ginger
4. Add 2tbsp of soy sauce, 50ml of water, ginger, garlic and 5g of Arrowroot to the wok along with the broccoli.

5. Fry on a high heap until the beef is cooked
