- 500 ml kefir
- 2 tsp linseed oil
- 4 tbsp Flax linseed
Mix the Kefir, linseed and linseed oil.

- pomegranate
- Nuts of your choice
- mangos
Top it with mangos and Pomegranate and with nuts of your choice. I took pumpkin seeds and pecans. :)
