chili powder
¼ lb
Beyond Beef or Impossible Burger
¼
green bell pepper
½ dashes
pepper
¾ dashes
basil
¼ clove
garlic
¾ dashes
oregano

Utensils

knife, 4.2 quart (or greater) microwave-safe bowl, paring knife

  • Step 1/14

    • ¼ onion
    • knife
    • 4.2 quart (or greater) microwave-safe bowl

    Chop onion and lay in large microwave bowl

  • Step 2/14

    • ¼ lb Beyond Beef or Impossible Burger

    Spread “meat” over chopped onions in large microwave bowl

  • Step 3/14

    • ¼ green bell pepper
    • paring knife

    Chop green pepper

  • Step 4/14

    Sprinkle chopped green pepper over “meat”

  • Step 5/14

    • ¾ tbsp chili powder
    • ¼ tsp ground cumin
    • ½ dashes pepper
    • ¾ dashes basil
    • ¼ clove garlic
    • ¾ dashes oregano

    Sprinkle spices over “meat”

  • Step 6/14

    Cover and microwave 5 minutes

  • Step 7/14

    Remove from microwave and break-up “meat”

  • Step 8/14

    • ½ packages canned diced tomatoes
    • ¾ packages canned black beans

    Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well

  • Step 9/14

    Cover and microwave 12 minutes

  • Step 10/14

    Remove from microwave and stir

  • Step 11/14

    Cover and microwave 10 minutes

  • Step 12/14

    Remove from microwave

  • Step 13/14

    Remove cover, stir, cover and let sit 5-10 minutes

  • Step 14/14
